Some customers are currently experiencing problems sending e-mails, we are working to resolve this.

Squirrel Mail - Problems sending e-mails

To be able to send e-mails using Squirrel Mail, you firstly need to set up your Name and E-mail details under the Personal Information section on the Options page - full details can be found here.

Webmail

Due to problems experience by some customers using RoundCube through Internet Explorer 7, we have now installed Squirrel Mail as an alternative. Please go to our Webmail page to choose from RoundCube or Squirrel Mail

AOL Users

AOL users may currently be experiencing difficulties when sending e-mails.
In Outlook [Express], on the 'Servers' tab in the account details, please change the SMTP server to smtp.aol.com and remove the tick from 'My outgoing server requires authentication'. On the 'Advanced' tab, change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) from 2500 to 25.

All website accounts were transferred to a brand new dedicated server. The basic Webmail was replaced with an option of Round Cube webmail and Squirrel Mail, both of which can be accessed from the Webmail Page on this website
